In plain English: we only use your details to work out whether we can save you money.
What we collect
Your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, your postcode, details about your current waste service, and any invoice you upload.
Why we use it
To compare your current price against the market, check your contract, and come back to you with what we found.
Who sees it
Only our small team. We never sell your data. If you ask us to go ahead with a switch, we’ll share what’s needed with the supplier you choose.
How long we keep it
We delete uploaded invoices 24 hours after we’ve finished the check, or sooner if you ask. Enquiry records are kept for 30 days or until the deal is made.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email savings@eumelia.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
